「套间很好，简易厨房的设计不是很合用。工作人员服务意识强，并贯彻到位。房间有消毒水味道，也有小虫子出没。这么高的房价竟然不带早餐，令人有些失望。」

「Every time I stay in Y2 when I came to Manila. Hi love the location and service for aY2 hotel. But now this hotel was changed and became not friendly. When I asking the reason, the official response is new hotel policy. If it make the hotel better and more lovely, that you I’ll be good move. But it makes the hotel not so good as before. I didn’t enjoy my stay for this time and I may not go here anymore 」

「Before Check-in, Dennise and Jenny were both response quickly about my concerns. Upon check-in the consiege is very helpful to direct me to 2nd floor to get my building pass from the security room. I met the security and was very nice and respectful. Our stay felt relaxing, and secured. The bulding security is very tight and the security personels are accommodating. The room is clean and very organize. I will definitely coming back to this unit.」

「Well. All good since it is a self check-in/out. The pool is just super cold. Hope they put some heater next time haha. Lots of small cockroaches when we first came in but still all good since its a common problem in some condominiums. There is also outside playground and an indoor playground good for children. My son enjoyed the pool a lot. Will Definitely come back next time. But really hope they will come up with a heater pool next time we visit lol. 」

「Stay was excellent. It was my first time to stay at SMDC residences with no hassle unlike other SMDC residences located in Pasay. I think this is because Dan and his assistant Christian is very accomodating. Once you booked they will call you right away with instructions. Room is clean also unlike those in Pasay. 」

Great staff who were professional and courteous and provided a seamless service from airport pick-up and throughout my stay. Will definitely booking again on my next business trip.」

「The place was very good but the internet didn't work at all and i called and they tried to fix it but nothing for 2 weeks, that is the only reason it was not 5 stars.」
