「The best hotel ever! The rooms are clean and the hotel smells great when you walk in! We were greeted very nicely by the staff! The ambiance outside is great. It’s right across the Robinsons Mall. The breakfast was fantastic! Not your usual continental breakfast, this was high class. 」

「Parking is a block away where the hotel is. We checked in our room, there was no Bath Towel and no face towel. I had to call reception to bring some to our room. It’s a nice hotel but it smells like dried fish or fish market in the lobby due to it’s in the bust street and city itself. Otherwise they have nice restaurants and friendly staff at the reception desk and restaurants.」

「IA Lodge is located very close to the ferry terminal. Just a 2-3 min. walk. Executive room is fairly large, clean and basic. Shower pressure is okay, but they need to clean or replace the showerhead. There is hot water with waterheater. Toilet was clean and flush working. Wifi needs improvment. Signal is very bad. Maybe because of the concrete in the building? But have stayed at IA for several years and the main problem is always the wifi. Why have they still not adressed the issue? Tv with...

「Avoid room 200a it's small, needs paint, walls in bath need bleached. AC, weak. Doesn't circulate well, a ceiling fan would alleviate. Needs electrical box cover next to bed, . And put outlet, a nightstand would be welcomed. Peek in room across as w was being cleaned. It seemed much nicer. Even with those fixed, unable to fix run size, and window in room just opens to hallway. workers friendly and helpful. 」
