The attentive service was welcoming and spot on. We ate breakfast and dinner here and the local food was abundant, gorgeously presented and flavorful. We had a room with a private Onsen on a deck. The only complaint about the room was the lack of 100V outlets. I've stayed in many hotels in the country and know this is not always provided, so I'm not faulting the hotel too much for this.
