The toilet was used and not flushed. Airport transport is awful- I took a taxi that overcharged and took,me to the wrong location. When arriving the check in person asked if I wanted a toothbrush (common in Asia) then told me to go buy it at the attached convenient store. Very low class hotel for this short stay

Nothing around the hotel, so I can't rate it higher than ok...but I wasn't in that hotel to look around. It was good location close to airport, with great shuttle service. I arrived late so had to cab it...but that was inexpensive. Bathroom/shower was very spacious and clean...a real joy to encounter after travel day.

The hotel is very clean, updated and conveniently close to the airport. The free shuttle at the airport is located on the 1st floor (Arrivals) Gate 3C. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional. They also speak English very well. For an airport hotel and short stay, very good. However, if your plan is to go to Seoul I would recommend getting a hotel in Seoul as this is over an hour away. Uber is not allowed to come to this hotel, and Kakao Taxi wouldn’t work with my SIM card. I had to pay extra for private taxi. The gym is small, but has basics to still get a decent workout. There is one restaurant with decent food and a 24 hour convenience store which was very helpful. There is not much around to do, and not much within walking distance.
