「Helpful staff and an upgrade!」

「I love how friendly the staff are! This is my second time staying at the property and I look forward to my next visit. I really enjoyed the new restaurant Banana Leaves!! Thank you to all of the staff for such an awesome experience! 」

「The area around this place had a strange feeling not totally safe or convenient but still was ok. Things in the room were middle of the road for things in the room, good fridge and microwave but the bed was on a spring platform that made it squeak.」

「The staff was friendly, breakfast was pretty good for free, hotel was clean, quiet. Just all around great place and if I need to visit the Huntsville area again I will stay again」

「Mrs A was absolutely amazing when I checked in. I was here early due to my business meeting ending sooner than expected and they did everything to get me a room sooner so that I would not have to spend hours with no where to go. The rooms are being updated so expect things to be a little noisy during the day but other than that everything is great.」

「We arrived later than we would have liked however when arriving after checking in with a sleeping 18 month old in arms and a tired 5 year old I walked in to our suite to find a large dead bug in the floor. I'm far from rude. I tried to use in room phone to call the front desk 3 times unsuccessfully. so with a sleeping baby in arms and another child went back down stairs and ask for another room after showing the picture to the ones working the desk. 「We arrived to the hotel (at 1am) after a 3 time delayed flight. Upon arrival, the front desk associate (I don't think I received his name) was just as pleasant as he could be. He gave us information about our visit and Huntsville in general, as well as wear to purchase essentials and clothing because our suitcases were on another flight! What a trip! But it was great to stay at such a clean hotel with a welcoming staff!」
