"It was wonderfully convenient and we could walk everywhere. It was also close to subway stops. Neighborhood felt very safe. Check in and out staff was helpful and extremely polite. Great job keeping the room clean. Only downside is that some of the furniture needs to be replaced. "

"The property is in a perfect location for restaurants and grocery store options. It was within an easy walk to most of the sites and main shopping area. The balcony was great as the weather was good all week. The apartment is nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. "I traveled here alone for work. I was comfortable. The room was big and clean. The shareable kitchen had everything one needs. It was a great location. The only thing I didn’t appreciate it was the I stayed for 4 nights and my bedroom was never cleaned. "

"Great place to stay. The rooms were quiet with everything you need. Close walking distance from the train station to get anywhere in the city and country quickly. My only issue was I never received an email with the check in instructions. So was delayed about 40 mins getting into the room while talking to customer service on the phone. There is no local staff. So make sure you get the email or call them before arriving. "

"Very helpful staff. There is a washer dryer in the lobby for guests to use. Ask for a room with a window. The hotel is in a complex that has private apartments and offices so your room may overlook an interior space. Also, once you figure out the access codes, it is simple."

"Great location, no more than 15 mins walk from the station, just 5 into the historic centre. I was advised I'd be staying in an annexe over the road, often being put in a separate building means a run down place for budget visitors but I was amazed!! This was like a suite with giant comfortable bedroom and attached bathroom & kitchenette looking out onto a garden. The front desk staff staff were so helpful with directions & it was like having my own apartment for the stay. It was out of season...

"1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."
