One of our kids got sick while we were there, and the front desk staff were very helpful with getting new sheets at 11pm and scrounging up extra towels for us. The breakfast attendant was very helpful and on top of things. She was a bit overwhelmed because she had a half dozen things that needed refilling all at once and didn't have any help from front desk.
