"2 days before our check-in date, I had an issue with fraudulent charges to my debit card (which had nothing to do with the hotel.) The staff was so helpful and accommodating with helping us get checked in and being patient with us, finding a way to be able to get our payment processed and enjoy our trip to the beach without any outlying worries. They were the best! It was a perfect experience and we will be back for sure."

"We stayed at the family woodside cabin and it was great! Two bedrooms and pull out couch in the living room was big enough for our family of 5. Loved the large pool and trails. Lots of wildlife, alligators, owls, sharks, snakes and a nature center located near the pool. "
