"I am a solo traveler from Texas. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, for 14 days in 2022 and 16 days just 2 weeks ago. This is by far one of my favorite hotels in Seoul. The staff knows enough English to be helpful, even with taxi info. There’s cleaning service every single day if you need it. Restaurant and gym on the property. Corner store and starbucks right downstairs and everything you can think to eat across the street. The distance might be farther away from the usual tourist sites, but there’s a subway right around the corner. An easy card only laundry mate less than 5 min away. 10/10 experience every time and I can’t wait to come back. "

Wonderful daily breakfast that had a great Korean menu and rarely good continental breakfast option as well. They also provide complimentary luggage storage with secure digital lockers on the lobby level for the staying customers. daily housekeeping was well done. Coin laundry room and steam cleaning machine also available, which was very useful! Excellent stay, and we enjoyed Insadong Street right down stairs of the hotel as well~ "
