"The staff here were fabulous. In the rooms, for Shampoo and Conditioner, they have tiny plastic sample size bottles that are changed everyday. It’s very wasteful, and the shampoo majorly dries out your hair. I stayed here for two weeks and fortunately had brought my own bars of shampoo and conditioner. Would very much appreciate if they could change this moving forward."

"Wonderful front staff. Wonderful property. Only complaint is I was woken up by a lady knocking at my door claiming to have had the room the day before and left her lap top. She was frantic, and with that it threw the front desk staff into panic and they gave her a key to my room. Thankfully I had the door dead-bolted as well. I would not have been happy had she of came into the room while I was sleeping OR while I was out.. considering the desk gave her a key to access the elevator AND my room...

The bar and any indoor eating was closed on a Wednesday. The breakfast buffet was very nice with an assortment of options. "After arriving in Geneva from DC, it was a welcome sure to see the Hotel right outside the train station! Even though we were close to the train station, trams and busses, the room was quiet. The room also had blackout curtains as well which made a great night sleep! Rafael, and all the others , were great to work with. I had sent several emails to Rafael confirming a few things and he alway responded very quickly. We will be back! Much appreciative of the great service we had at the hotel. We saw everything we came to see. Thanks "
