"Once in the hotel room, everything was great but getting to that point was difficult. On the first night, We asked 3 different times for a rollaway bed (at check-in + called the front desk) but they never brought it. We finally gave up and created a make shift bed with the sofa cushions for our 4 year old to sleep on. When dropping the car off, the parking team stood around for 5 mins just talking to each other. "The highlight of this place for us was the location - a very easy 5 minute walk to old town, and also Macy’s in the other direction. The room size is fine and as expected. There was a fridge and microwave which was a bonus we were not expecting. The air con worked well. Shower temperature and pressure were good. On the down side, the bathroom had a strong urine smell but since you couldn’t smell it in the main room, we didn’t bother reporting it as we had already made ourselves comfortable....
