"very clean hotel even it's old, staff very friendly and helpful when we asked how to switch off the aisle light during hte night time. great location too. the free car park is so convenient, easy to park. will come back again for sure :))"

"Alishan is an amazing area. The hotel was very, very nice. It was great that breakfast and dinner were provided since there are not a lot of choices within the recreation area itself. The hotel had walking trails directly across from it and views from the rooftop decks. They offered reservations, transportation, and wake up calls for us to take the Sunrise Train. Appreciate all of that."

"Loved the Spa, swimming pool and Gym. Service on the Mezzanine bar was very good all week. The building also felt very safe during the earthquakes even on the 23rd floor."

"Hotel was nicely designed back there; however due to its age, it badly needs renovation. Mold can be found in bathroom tile gouts and glass door plastic strips. Prevalent cracks on walls. Stained carpet. Basic furniture. To sustain its pricing premium, at least part of the hotel should be maintained to deliver its price-value expectation. "
