"Overall a great place to relax and spend some quality time with the family in Karachi. The place is peaceful, quiet, clean, tidy and not so crowded for Karachi. Water parks were well maintained although some of the facilities were not there at all but mentioned on their website and their map. A couple of restaurants were also closed for good. "The best part of the stay was food and view. Sadaqat at the saffron restaurant really took care of us and served us with smile. Reception staff can learn from Sadaqat on how to be courteous and smile. Late night at 3 am was loud banging of the door, I called reception and no one picked up, I gave up after 15 mins, the sound didn't stop until morning. Check In and Reception staff service is zero but food/restaurant area is top notch and view was awesome it was quiet retreat away from city"
