"The hotel was a little difficult to find. Apparently there are two Oryx hotels. The Oryx garden hotel and the Oryx airport hotel. Getting off a 16 hour flight, we asked a worker at the airport where the hotel was, she directed us to the Oryx Garden hotel. They advised us we were at the wrong hotel and needed to go all the way across the airport to the other hotel. We still could not find it and asked another worker who advised us to go upstairs. "This hotel is five stars top to bottom. They met me at the airport, shuttled me to the hotel, and the service remained excellent the entire time. The room was large and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. The only slight disadvantage is location: the hotel is not within walking distance of the downtown sights, and is not within reasonable walking distance of the metro. But if you're going to be using cars and/or taxis the entire time, that doesn't matter."

"Stayed here again because of the experience from my previous stay. RIYAD, the Coach at the gym is AWESOME, actually came back to Mondrian because of him. Mary from guest services was kind and helpful So many lovely and courteous staff: Lukman at the pool, Snehil at concierge/front desk, Joshua at restaurant. Housekeeping team was also always available, ready to makeup the room as desired. Only thing I wasn’t happy about was I didn’t get an upgrade as a VIP PLATINUM member."
