"Overall the stay was great. Only reason I gave it a 4 overall was parking. You had to fight to get parking. Or park down the street on a sketchy alley. Yes the sketchy alley is also paid parking. With a small child and a dog that was scary and inconvenient. There was a night I couldn’t find parking and was told that if I didn’t find it, then I could get a parking refund. But then I would have to figure out parking still. "

"I arrived on Tuesday the 21st for a convention and was pleased that my room was ready upon my arrival. I found the room very comfortable and clean appearing (there was debris along the bottom of the stand below the television, and behind the bed (I dropped a pen and noticed it while searching for it). The view wasn't the best, as there was a rooftop , but at night the Disney fireworks were beautiful. The front desk trainee Alphonso was a breath of fresh air, he was friendly and professional,...

"I enjoyed the location and room was comfortable and clean. Only thing is I wish I knew the room I booked was in another building entirely not connected to the main hotel. The only way there was to walk down PCH and into a parking garage to go upstairs. This kind of took us by surprise along with the parking fee which seemed a bit excessive. Other than these, our stay was fine and no other complaints. Close to beach and Ralph’s "

"Perfect place to stay for short walk to Disneyland. We were able to come and go for the park with not much hassle. We did not rent a car so we were a limited to a few shops. They don’t have breakfast or restaurant but a variety of options exist around the hotel and we did not find it inconvenient "
