「Convenient area for train station, but not much to do」

「Excellent all around hotel.」

「Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM....

「酒店就位于tromso市中心海滨，应该是全城位置最好的一家酒店了，距离市区内景点都步行可到。房间比想象中要大一点，早餐非常非常丰盛，品种齐全，提供现磨咖啡，就是住客太多时座位比较难找。酒店没有停车场，但是门口就有一个收费的，比较方便。总体而言，是tromso住宿的好选择。」

「Innsjekking tar alltid ekstremt lang tid. Ingen andre hotell jeg bor på i Norge eller internasjonalt er i nærheten av å bruke så lang tid. Dette har vært ett problem på dette hotellet i flere år. Vi har ansatte som benytter hotellet mye, de vurderer å bruke et hotell som er vesentlig lengre unna kontoret kun for å slippe de lange innsjekkingstidene 」

「The location of the hotel is extraordinarily convenient, it’s just 20 steps from Bryggen. All the crews not only the front desk but the lounge and restaurant were all friendly and passionate. 「Beautiful modern hotel right on the bay front. Staff friendly and helpful. I asked for the free late Sunday check out and they sorted it for me. Great breakfast everything from bacon, croissants to smoked salmon.」

「The resort was very nice. They provided free snowshoeing and cross country skiing equipment. You can also see reindeers on the frozen lake. It was also nice to just take a walk in the nearby forest. Not satisfied with them take the credit information for secure because scare of the international fraud and the reception not agree I can give 100 euro instead which is not flexible at all.
