When I had trouble booking for my onward bus/train journeys on line, they took time to help me book all my onward journeys !! "Great location just off the metro line and lots of bars and restaurants. It’s a bit tired in some areas and could do with a bit of TLC, but a good hotel for the money and location. They are sticklers for check in at exactly 3pm which then means everyone is queuing up and it takes longer (that seems to be the same across all the hotels we staying in South Korea)"

"Beautiful property. The spa pools blu cost $3 USD t use. They have a beautiful arboretum and museum of the flora of Gaya mountain that is free. The hiking trails are easily accessed to the side of the property. Food at the hotel dining room is well presented and delicious. Great mountain air. We stayed in an annex which was only $44 USD per night booked ahead but when I checked online the day before our arrival the price had dropped to an incredible $30 USD per night."
