「オープンしたてのホテルで部屋の広さ、清潔さ、設備については申し分無かったですし、目の前にメコン川が流れ景色も格別、また中心街へもメコン川に沿って移動することで徒歩移動も難しくありませんでした。 スタッフの対応については、レストラン部門のスタッフの対応が秀逸で楽しむことができました。ただ、チェックインの際、リセプションスタッフの一人の面倒くさそうな対応が気になりました。もう一つは、wifiを繋げるのにホテルのアプリを入れなければならず、私は日本から持参したSIMカードで対応していましたが、施設の一部ではネットが使えなくなるなど不自由を感じることがありました。このアプリシステムについては、友人知人に勧める際に懸念材料として伝えています。 繰り返すようですが、こちらのホテルでの滞在はレストラン部門のスタッフによって充実した楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。感謝です。 」

「Great place! 」

「I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable...

「Great location looking out at the Mekong River. The room was fine except there were some tiny ants looking for food on the lamp table and the bed was too hard to allow me to sleep comfortably on my side. If you sleep on your back, then no problem....」

「Very nice building with great river view. A bit dark at the corridor, not easy to identify the direction sign.」

「Good, clean hotel. Smallish rooms, but really clean (esp bathroom). Good bed. Out of the center by a little, but it's only really a 10 min walk to the night market. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was basic (a choice of five set things, no buffet or anything) but good.」

「The hotel is new but service is already in place. All are clean and well prepared. Breakfast list has enough choice and it is delicious. All staff are very helpful and we received a very warm welcome from the GM who has done a very good job. 」

「Good location. Room is small and room amenity is not really match with the Ibis standard. Reception Staff is friendly. 」
