"Excellent location (if you plan to visit museums or the Royal Concert Hall). Very clean, spacious room, great bathroom - lots of space. However, one star goes off: the hotels positions itself as 4-star, however our linens were threadbare thin, and the sheet had small hole in the middle from excessive wear. In addition, the AC unit in our room had control unit broken, with the AC set at 22C w/o any chance to change it. No dealbreakers, but for the hotel level, not acceptable minor flaws"

"Nice place in a slightly quieter part of Amsterdam, but still only a few minutes walk from where it all happens. Staff were super and the hotel bar was well run. We didn’t try breakfast or dining options as there are so many places close by. My only gripe was the slightly odd toilet/Shower cubicle arrangement in the room. Rather than being a separate room, they are literally just cubicles in your room and the sink is in the corner. Perhaps it’s a normal Dutch layout but it was a bit weird for...

"Great location right beside the metro and a shopping strip mall. We stayed in family room 411 and the internet rarely worked. They tried resetting the modem, but that didn’t help. . They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

"Had a comfortable stay here, only downside is the location as it’s far from the centre but it’s a minute walk from the tram stop. It’s also a 15 minute drive from the airport! "

"location was right in front of Dam square and east to walk to any of the main sites. Please watch out for bikes and motorcycles mopeds they are very aggressive and retain "right of way""
