「This hotel has a great potential to be one of best hotels in the area of Mahdia if the owner and management continue aggressively updating and upgrading all the essential features. The staff is dedicated to serve its customers with a great and positive attitude. As of to date, this hotel has the best quality over cost ratio. Keep up the good work and you will be there as a five star hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I will be returning with my family in the near future. 」

「1.They prepared very very poor breakfast for guests , even basic coffee is cold , I could not believe it is a 5-stars hotel, and it charged usd 150/per night.It is not worthy at all. 2.The staff in the reception is very cool, proud attitude and no smile . That made us feel that we are not welcome.」

「Aucune crédibilité par cet hôtel. On'a payé pour un stationnement en arrivant ils nous disent "pas de place stationner sur la rue". Pas de wifi, alors que c'est écrit qu'il y a le wifi dans les aires communes. Chambres mal propres. Pas d'accessoires de sal de bains. Il faut réclamer, à chaque fois qu'on voulait un service déjà annoncé et payé (exemple: serviettes, literie, shampoing, savon, etc.). Bref, je ne recommande pas et je ne retournerai jamais.」

「Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Chef an der Rezeption hat mir sehr geholfen, nachdem ich mit Expedia Probleme hatte. Die Kellner waren sehr aufmerksam und nett. Die Chef-Animateurin Sonja und ihr Team waren nett und freundlich, wir hatten viel Spaß. 」

「Nice hotel with a nice view. Internet is abysmal, do not consider it as available as it seldom works. A tad noisy on weekends (as per other comments here). Breakfast adequate of a 3 star. Area, outside of the Coliseum, is interesting for an afternoon or a day at best.」
