The stay was pleasant and amazing: it was calm, not so many people so we could enjoy the sea and the beach. The workers are friendly and ready to help if you have any questions or requests. We will definitely come here again to enjoy our holidays.

A most horrible stay, This is NOT a hotel. It is a bar and dance club with "hotel" in the name. It was extremely noisy until 3AM and they turned off the AC at 7AM in AUGUST! They only offer beer in the evening. I asked for coffee and they did not have it! If you want to swim during the day and drink and dance at night, it maybe an option for you, but otherwise it is unacceptable as a hotel. they did not have enough pillows, covers or towels and were not very clean.

The reception people are great but the service is mediocre and the AC was not working in a very warm day. The loud music noise from 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM prevented us from sleeping the whole night. The breakfast is mediocre. We cut our stay from 2 nights to only that terrible night. I consider this residence a complete failure and the upper management should be held accountable for their lack of professionalism and their mediocrity. I will never book again at this facility and I warn everyone to be aware of this mediocrity and very low standards.

Mon séjour était bien en général surtout quand tu trouve devant vous dès personnes très gentils ,surtout le responsable Mr cherif , accueil tres sympathique avec les clients, mais le grand problème cest les agents de sécurité de la plage , il loue les transats au public qui a partient pas a hotel et les clients de hôtel trouve pas de transats cest pas normal, il faut beaucoup de choses a faire dans l'hôtel voir le petit déjeuner et surtout les chambres a amélioré au niveaux des besoins comme serviettes et les draps et surtout la propreté, merci a tous le staff de l'hôtel.
