"Our fifth stay in 14 months…a great place to stay and caring staff"

"The hotel is impressive from the outside and the inside colors are very nice. However, in our room we were missing a bath towel, tissues and the cups in the bathroom had liquid in them which was not water. We asked for a bath towel and I saw the clerk get one from a laundry basket. When he gave it to us it was damp and appeared dirty. We then asked for a box of tissue and after looking for one the clerk advised us that there were none in the hotel. The holder for the bathroom glasses was...

"Spending time n the champagne terrace was a highlight. The staff could not have been more accommodating in every way. We were only sorry that the dining room wasn’t open on either night of our stay. "

"For £200 a night we expected everything to work. For example, there was a beautiful marble setting but the heating was not on and there was no clear way of controlling the temperature in the room which was in a cold downstairs location. On a previous visit in a cheaper room we had an iron provided , a functioning coffee machine and milk and a larger table. This was a warm cosy room.The coffee machine this time did not work. "Excellent séjour en famille. Idéal avec un enfant. L’hôtel est situé en pleine nature, c’est très ressourçant. À 5mn de Chantilly, idéal aussi pour visiter. "

"We stayed for only a night. Our spacious room was modern with a well appointed bathroom. Our host was right there when needed. The breakfast was ample with quality regional products. The manor house is set in a large parkland which is essentially a game preserve for large and small game alike. The owner is guide and supervises shooting parties for groups and other group functions. The main house is tastefully decorated with hunting lodge decor. I would certainly stay there again."
