"Stayed here for 2 nights of a 9 day 30th anniversary trip. This place was planned as a rejuvenating stop. WOW it fit the bill!!! Absolutely a stunning desert oasis, with its history, landscape, and architecture. I read the reviews before selecting this place, about it's lack of amenities, and neighborhood, but chose it any way and we were glad we did. The hot mineral pools, the spacious room I had with a kitchenette and a patio allowed me to spread out and enjoy the freedom of being away and being at home. "I felt very safe. Everyone was friendly. We did not get more towels even though we ask the house keeper for them. To be fair this is an old property without many upgrades which I knew going in. That being said, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy the mineral pools. We went into Palm Springs for entertainment at night. The pools were open all night to hotel guests but we did not take advantage of that. Maybe next time. Yes I would stay there again."
