"The posts and the announcements on the phone said this was newly remodeled. That’s beyond the truth. the carpet was worn in the room. there was a hole on the shower wall the stairs were dirty. the stairwell at the bottom was full of debris and the windows were dirty. everything was just messy, stained and unkept. "

"The AC did not work in the room initially assigned to us and half the light was out in the bathroom. They quickly moved us to another room. Only issue there was the outlets on the LH side of bed (nightstand) did not work. Otherwise the overnight stay was fine and bed was clean & comfortable."
