"* Maids didn't show up after I took my "later please" sign off the door, even though they were still down the corridor on my floor. * Bathroom light is motion-activated and will go off after a while of not detecting motion. I wasn't aware of this on my first morning there until it turned off when I was in the shower, leaving me to try to get out of the shower in a pitch-dark bathroom. * AC is adequate * hot water is good enough if you let it run long enough "
