" Everything was so clean the continental breakfast was great every morning. Loved my view of the street. Staff was very friendly being able to walk to Wrigley Stadium was a huge plus ! Many places to eat just the street. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Housekeeping enters room despite ignored knocking and locked doors! At 8:50 am housekeeping entered the room of a family with 2 small special needs children. Toilet seat was stained with dirty smears and toilet was not flushed upon entering!! "

"Pleasantly surprised to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Good amenities- nice to have a bar/restaurant on site and a breakfast option. My only complaint was that the heat/AC blows right onto the bed. There was no way to adjust the angle of the blower."

"In process of update, though the bathroom was not great, there were nice selection of personal care items, lots of fluffy towels, wonderful bedding, flatscreen tv, a minifridge and microwave in the room. The clock radio didn't seem to work, and noise from outside came in through the walls. But there was a lot of light, plenty of electrical and tech outlets, and coffee and tea in the lobby.
