「Everything was perfect except for check in. Arrived at 2:50 prior to normal schedule check in time at 3pm. Our suite wasnt ready. Didnt receive my keycard until a hour later. The hotell was either short staffed or they were just taking their sweet ole time. 」

「Great hotel room. Only issue is that you have to request a mini fridge since the one that they have is preloaded and has sensors. If you touch anything, it charges your room automatically. If you have your own drinks or leftover food, you can put it in there.」

「I was impressed with the condition and cleanliness of the hotel, especially when I entered into the bathroom and had to pull the tape from the toilet. I will return to the Harborside the next time I am in the area and needing a weekend stay. 」

「The bathroom sink is very small and there is no place to put things. My toiletry bag can only be placed on the toilet seat. The water in the basin is either very cold or boiling. The bathing area is outrageous. The shower head is terrible and the water flow is small. Moreover, the bathing area does not have an enclosed bathtub or steps. As soon as I took a shower, water flowed into the bathroom and bedroom, and my shoes were soaked. The bed was very bad, and the pillows were uncomfortable and...
