"Property was convenient to where we wanted to travel. Parking area had uneven pavement and lots of potholes. The rooms are not very sound resistant. We could here the guests next to our room watching tv and talking loudly. The heating/air unit was very loud when it started up. We could not leave it on at night because it was too loud. Tub had stains in it from rust but looked terrible as if it was something else - yuck! Pillows were too used, need replacing. Not comfy at all."

"There was plenty of parking but entrances need better signage for the people that park to the left of the building. The toilet seat would not stay up on its own and did not fit the toilet (was too small) room 306. And we had 2 shampoos and a conditioner missing the body wash. All issues were minor issues and would not impact the overall value and experience. Will definitely still stay at doubletree in the future. Plus that cookie always makes the wife's day. 4 out of 5 because of the minor...
