"We loved the hotel and location. Sauna was out of order for couple of days which was a shame and for the last 3 days they didn’t provide us with fresh towels in the afternoon which was a bit disappointing but we enjoyed our stay. Pool area isn’t big enough for the hotel so summer time probably will be a problem to get a place as it does get busy. We thought it’s was adults only hotel but it’s not the case. "Within 15 minutes of the city centre. Easily accessible via the tram. Supermarket close by. 5-10 minute walk to the beach which was beautiful. The food was very reasonably priced for a 4 star hotel. The staff were all very friendly. The pool areas were lovely. The bathroom to the room was a little bit tired but all was very functional. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would like to return for a short break again soon. "

"Such a great little hotel!! Staff is super kind and helpful. We loved being right off the main drag and close to the Mercado. Lots of great storage for unpacking all your staff. No big deal but they do not have laundry service as advertised. They recommended a laundry mat up the road that had fast machines so it worked out just fine! "

Hôtel à l’extérieur du Centre mais à distance de marche et aussi transport en commun et train pour Elche, tout près. Seul bémol, l’insonorisation quelque peu déficiente. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour."
