"So the room I was in had a broken heater that made an obnoxious noise when it was on leaving me to turn it off. No extra blankets in the room. The room also had what looked like a roach trap in the corner by the desk…there was also a bad odor in the hallway. Experience itself wasn’t bad the front end desk attendants were nice and had a sense of humor and helpful with my travel questions. "

"Another trip to our favorite hotel in Monte Vista - never a disappointment for us. Love to stay here when visiting friends in the area. Close to restaurants, bakery, thrifts shops and other shops.
