However, I must say, that the ladies in the dining area were exceptional! They made sure my fiancé and I had everything we needed, and were also attentive. Those 2 ladies deserve a raise or a bonus! 👍"

"So the room I was in had a broken heater that made an obnoxious noise when it was on leaving me to turn it off. No extra blankets in the room. The room also had what looked like a roach trap in the corner by the desk…there was also a bad odor in the hallway. Experience itself wasn’t bad the front end desk attendants were nice and had a sense of humor and helpful with my travel questions. "
