"The staff was pleasant and professional. The property was walking distance to the National Gallery of Art (our primary destination), excellent restaurants and the Metro. Our room had no view, the bathroom was tiny (hard to exit) and our shower was missing half the sliding door. By design? If so, never seen that before. Excellent in- room coffee and the hotel cafe food was also excellent."

"The staff was marvelous and took excellent care of us. They accommodated an early check in request- we had arrived on a red eye flight and were exhausted. The room was beautiful, clean, cool, and quiet. The concierge was great with directions and providing local information. The laundry was so kind and helpful. We will always stay here when we visit DC in the future. "

"This hotel is beautiful. But I had a better experience in the New York Location. For my birthday they set up a complimentary plate of chocolate covered strawberries to wish me a Happy Birthday. This hotel didn't do anything for daughter’s birthday. I mentioned it when I did my reservation. The room was nice not what I was hoping for. I guess I didn't pay as much as others. "

"There wasn’t much to like about this place we I came in it was dirty and had bugs missing items they claimed to have I guessed I made a mistake and reported it to Expedia I got a phone and was threaten not to ever leave a bad review on there again I better call them first. After not receiving toilet paper or a blow dryer I bought my own and I requested that I didn’t want anyone in my room ( I left out the part I had to clean up the apartment cause there was trash and left over toys for other...
