"great location to stay in boston"

"This was a nice hotel but not as nice as the other Langham hotels. My biggest gripe is that there were no mini-bars in the rooms. You have to pay for everything to be delivered to the room including snacks. The room itself had water but no snacks or fruit or anything. Also, the room had a shower with a very slippery floor. There was no bathtub. "

"Not sure I've ever stayed in a more fine and elegant hotel. From the super friendly, professional staff, to the immaculate and beautiful appointments, the Raffles beats them all. I could not believe the service - the very highest standard, where every single person makes you feel welcome, and wants your stay to be the best ever. Turn down service with hand made sweets, wonderful fitness room, Long Bar, where I was able to have coffee with colleagues in town. It was all amazing. "
