Wowowow I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Not only is the hotel itself gorgeous, but the staff were absolutely lovely as well. They were so kind and accommodating, our every interaction with staff was a delight. The hotel is filled with beautiful art pieces adding to the amazing ambiance. I cannot recommend this stay enough to anyone visiting Boston. The only thing I will say is that it is a little bit father from downtown than we expected, but very walkable with beautiful views to accompany you. There was also a bike docking station near by and you can get a day pass unlimited time uses for $10. Will definetly be staying here again in the future.

I loved the art! Conveniences of getting around and the staff, specially Eliver made my trip a time to remember. It was my birthday and he went above and beyond to set the most amazing reservations, gave great advice, was such a positive great character. We want to come back to Omni for his help to have another wonderful adventure. I’ll always remember this trip.

Everything was good! Except Saturday our room smelled like septic and I asked for someone to come up and look and it took two hours for someone to come up and the lady had the worse attitude and rolled her eyes like we were making something up meanwhile I had sprayed perfume already so it did mask the smell

The room we stayed in was very nice and the staff were very nice too and got my son an extra pool reservation, but the ceilings were a little Roughed up But other than that, the hotel was great and I would recommend to go here.
