"It’s located inside the park and is next to some hiking trails. The dinner and breakfast is good. It has shuttle bus to take you to visitor centre and train station. Hotel staffs are very nice and professional. "

"Great experience. Parking was easy right across the street. Very clean and convenient to everything. Breakfast was delicious with plentiful options. The kids enjoyed the arcade room and their tatami room bed. Staff was very helpful and arrived right away to help us with the bed when we requested it. We especially enjoyed the free bikes with children’s seats - it was so easy to bike along the boardwalk right outside, and our sons are already asking to go back. "

"The reception staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean. Strange bathroom where the bathroom door doubled as the shower door. It was okay for us as a couple; however, if you were with a friend you would need to coordinate your privacy. Breakfast was good and we were very happy to have it available. Note that we stayed one night and accidentally left behind an electrical adapter. when we return 2 days later, the adapter was already attached to the luggage...

"This hotel is very clean and it has the best viewing deck for the famous Alishan sunrise. The food is good and the staffs are great. Don’t miss the heated pool up on the roof, the view is breathtaking."

"Staff are helpful and polite. Stayed in room with lake view and it was quiet and peaceful (on Friday night). Breakfast variety is plenty too. Hotel provided complimentary fireflies watching as it happened to be fireflies mating season. It’s just a short walk to get public bus to Taichung HSR station and catching ferry at pier. There’s free 2 hours bicycle rental. If you are there on non peak season, they can allow u to use it for a couple hours. "

"Great accommodation in terms of location. They were also very family friendly. I’d pick this one over the other Lealea site because it has elevators. They gave us a baby cot and it was great. I did see some mold at the bathroom. The accommodation isn’t as great as some other 4-star hotels I have been in . "

"A new, very modern property on the main road going through Sun Moon Lake. Rooms spacious and very contemporary with comfortable beds. However, the walls are very thin so everything can be heard from the adjoining rooms and not sure about the clear glass partitioning of the toilet and shower."
