I felt bad for the staff cause people are disrespectful and leave towels and food and drinks by the pools and camp out all daywith no courtesy to others waiting to use the Jacuzzi. The only time i book another hotel is to stay at the sister hotel Mission Pacific across the street. Location, dinning, room design, balcony views, and most important customer service at all levels has always beem excellent. Beyond pleased every with everyone Ive come in contact with. "

"Beautiful property! Situated just behind the oceanfront homes with a path to the beach. In walkable Carlsbad Village - really no need to leave the property but the rest of Carlsbad including Legoland is an easy drive. Lovely large outdoor area facing the beach with pool, hot tub, plenty of seating. Our room had a balcony with partial ocean view & we loved the farmers market on Wednesday. Will def stay here again. "
