"The staff who checked me in was not friendly at all "

"Very nice stay everything was wonderful a bit crowded in the area only because it was Memorial Dsy weekend . The resort was outstanding . I felt bad for the staff cause people are disrespectful and leave towels and food and drinks by the pools and camp out all daywith no courtesy to others waiting to use the Jacuzzi. The other jacuzzi was broke"

"My fist time at the Seabird was about a year ago. My business requires me to be in the area twice a month. From my first-time, Seabird check all the boxes for a hotel experience. The only time i book another hotel is to stay at the sister hotel Mission Pacific across the street. Location, dinning, room design, balcony views, and most important customer service at all levels has always beem excellent. Beyond pleased every with everyone Ive come in contact with. "

"Beautiful property! Situated just behind the oceanfront homes with a path to the beach. In walkable Carlsbad Village - really no need to leave the property but the rest of Carlsbad including Legoland is an easy drive. Lovely large outdoor area facing the beach with pool, hot tub, plenty of seating. Our room had a balcony with partial ocean view & we loved the farmers market on Wednesday. Will def stay here again. "

We had a wonderful trip overall (and the only detractors were the very noisy and discourteous people in the adjacent room, and the bed was not super comfortable but these are things that can be overlooked in favor of the beautiful flowers everywhere (props to the groundskeepers!)!"
