"Literally a block from Shinjuku Station which makes it easy to commute. There’s a 24 hr convenience store next door and a McDonald’s at the end of the street. Hotel bed was comfortable and staff were friendly & helpful! Would recommend :)"

"Great front staff, lovely room with a view. 2 things I didn’t like. From entering on the ground floor you’ll need to take 2 lifts to get to your room. Also the older gentleman behind the bar, seemed very cold towards us. I didn’t mind its service as usual in the UK. But compared to the rest of Japan, it was poor. The view is spectacular "

"This hotel is great. The convenience of having a JR station only steps away was a plus. It is also very calm and quiet compared to the rest of Tokyo. Great for families. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Breakfast is very delicious and has plenty of options. Only thing I would say is that rooms are a bit tight I am traveling with a family of 4, but other than that this place is perfect. "

" We didn’t like the lack of cafes or room service available for early coffee and a snack and having to pay for a 2 full breakfasts twice when we only wanted coffee and a croissant . The staff don’t handle things going wrong very well either. Apart from that it is a very good hotel with excellent accommodation and service ."

"One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you. "
