"Loved the Omni William Penn! Perfect central location for walking to sports events and dining!"

"When I booked on Expedia, the property listed that breakfast was included, but when I arrived I was told it was not. I was also told that there was a $50 deposit per night and my credit card was to be charged that deposit, which would be refunded in full if I didn't charge anything (that's no way to welcome a Hilton Honors AX member)."

"You get what you paid for but this is not the case….Even though we paid over $200 per night. Our room is in an alley way. No light comes from windows… one side table light and an obnoxious floor lamps. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. Shower door so close to the toilet that it’s almost annoying getting in and out of the shower. Beside the walkable distance to places. We will not be staying here again. "

"Selected this property for its location and cool factor. It’s a renovated space with a very unique and cool design. However the layout is very weird when entering and leaving. Never got to experience the F&B amenities because they are not located on what would normally be the lobby floor. Overall great stay. "

"Nice modern design, spacious room and friendly staff at reception and valet. We were disappointed that there was no on-premises coffee shop open during our visit, only breakfast service at the hotel restaurant/bar. At night, the restaurant/bar was fully taken by events both Saturday and Sunday nights, so no place to grab a nightcap (or food). Supposed a very limited menu was available for room delivery via a QR code, but the options weren’t appealing and there were no in-room snacks."

"The lobby is magnificent. The grounds are beautiful. However, our room on the third floor was just average. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower didnt drain well. We made breakfast reservations for 8:15 but when we got there at 8:20 there were no tables available. Im not sure why they would take more reservations than they have room for. There was a sign that said "please seat yourself" so its entirely possible that some diners did not have reservations. As a result, we ended up going...

"Directions regarding parking were at times confusing...counter tops were sticky...had to clean before using...otherwise everything was as expected"

"It was so wonderful I felt like staying at home. The community was beautiful. The atmosphere was great easy to go to any places in the city to go eat dance drink didn’t take long to get there just overall wonderful."

"We loved the location and the parking was much better than many other areas in the city. Loved that it included parking since it can be expensive. Unit seems well taken care of and looked and smelled clean. Nice decor and stocked the bathroom with Native which my whole family loves. Large grassy park area across the street was nice. We will definitely look to stay here again. "
