Location to restaurants was great. Elevator was out of order in the parking garage the whole time and had to walk the stairs twice a day. For a week we were there.

Great location, not best parking situation - was a bit confusing given you could "reserve a spot" for parking but then directions with check-in mentioned no parking was available for free. Very beautiful view and nice apartment but was not the cleanest. Would stay again as was perfect for a work trip. Great communication!

The apartment is very comfortable and really well located. The building offers great amenities and feels very safe. I must note that the cleanliness of the apartment is below par. The management should enchance cleaning spot checks to improve in this important area.

Great place to stay

I love this place! Location of apartment was perfect for me, shops, restaurants, bars within walking distance. Very clean and very comfortable. There’s free parking with a short walk. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend staying when visiting south Pittsburgh.

We had an amazing stay, unfortunately the only parking was in a parking garage and you get charged anytime your vehicle leaves so we spent a pretty penny just to get to and from. Regardless the room and building itself was nice and clean, we also enjoyed the pool! Definitely recommend!

The apartment was nice! The beds were so comfortable. Noisy neighbors above us running around at all hours made it difficult to sleep. Limited supplies, had to request toilet paper on day two because there were no extra rolls in the apartment at all. The key fob system was easy to use and we felt safe in the building. Overall, great experience.

Fantastic property!! Very clean and well stocked. Lots of extras that made our stay enjoyable. Only downfall was that our apartment unit was a long walk from the parking garage but otherwise everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Worth the Stay

Quiet neighborhood + quiet building made staying here worth it. Plus great view from our suite. However, the apartment could have been cleaner. The floor was dusty + hair everywhere, dog hair on the couch, and 1 bed smelled strongly of perfume. However, nicely equipped overall, accommodating, and friendly residents.

The building is in a great spot, seems secure and nice amenities (pool was closed during our stay). The unit we stayed in desperately needs a deep cleaning - ceiling fans are gross, caulk in baths needs redone, floors sticky, counters & cabinets all need to be cleaned with something streak free, windows to bedroom have dirt and kiss/lip marks (gross). Wall paint needs touch up and carpets are stained. The closet doors on 2nd floor are a death trap. The fireplace beeps but never turns on. I am pretty certain that the missing smoke detectors on the 2nd floor are 100% against fire code. I hate to dog pile here, but it was expensive to stay here and these things are basic. There are a lot of great things about the place with the location and amenities. I hope you will correct the issues for the next person.

One of the best Apartment hotels we have ever stayed. Apartment is very comfortable, nicely furnished close to groceries, restaurants, downtown, universities. This unit has the best view of the downtown.

I Attended kasa pittsburgh south for a birthday getaway..it was very clean and quiet..i like the rm deco..no tv in the rooms but the 2 bedroom/2 bath penn house suite was very enjoyable...i stayed 6 days 5 nights...follow Medusa at Medusa travels on you- tube @TRAVELING WITH MEDUSA.INFO

These are cute and roomy studio lodgings suitable for short or long stays. The club house would be a good place to host friends - pool table and ample sitting and TV. I found the pool and hot tub closed for maintenance and since that was one of the reasons I chose the property, I was very disappointed and refunded $50 after speaking with mgmt. Most communication is by text or calls unless you find the staff in the office during regular office hours. The room was at a very low humidity setting so I was feeling dehydrated the whole stay. No way to control a different heat setting for day and night comfort so the staff set it to where I asked - better to stand the cold during the day and have a good night's rest. Parking is reasonable, but a reduced rate since the garage is attached to the property would make for better service. Overall, a solid 4 star rating.

The room was nice and clean. I enjoyed the self-check in because we got there late. The pool and hot tub was great as well. I highly recommend staying there. I would visit again just to stay at this hotel. The experience was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you. I would also recommend checking out their other properties in other states. They are a growing company!!
