"On the one hand, it is fun to stay in this beautiful building. Views are impressive both of the hotel itself and the city of Taipei. However, I felt that the staff was overwhelmed and weren't very welcoming. Breakfast wasn't included and the buffet was pricey. I suggest visiting in the evening and staying elsewhere. That way, you'll still be able to take in the best parts."

"Extremely convenient for long layovers. Airport shuttle was timely and efficient. Signage for Novotel was clear. Access to downtown Taipei very easy via MRT which was very efficient. My room was very clean."

"Fantastic and comfortable stay. Humble House is in a great location with shopping and dining right outside your door. Area is near Taipei 101 and all the shopping malls and tons of food options. Two metro lines within a few blocks and only a few stops to the Taipei Main station. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. "
