"We love staying at this hotel, looking forward to coming back. Every staffs service is better than lots of other 5star hotels. There’s only small issues was on the second day’s cleaning, the cleaner forgot to clean the wash basin, didn’t remove dirty tissue from the bedside bends. Must be running out of time to complete "

"I had booked the quadruple room which showed four beds in the photos. Upon check in, they informed me that the quadruple room fits four beds, but comes standard with two and I would need to pay extra to have additional beds in the room for my two children. The room was quite small, so I opted to have three beds total instead, and was charged an additional 45,000 yen for my 8 night stay for the rollaway bed. "This is really something to be experienced. It is new (2023) and massive - hundreds and hundreds of guests. It is a spa, first and foremost. The rooms are huge, quiet, and elegant; the numerous staff are efficient and multi-lingual. Hot springs in the building, hundreds of guests strolling about in hotel yukata, views of the peaks and ocean. The optional meals are definitely recommended - the food is fantastic and also it is a long hike to get down the mountain. Partner likened it to a luxury cruise ship on land."
