"The rooms had a funky smell to it. Had a smell of smoking and mildew. Turned on the AC to get rid of it but did not work. "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. The area has some homeless folks, but I didnt sense danger. Just head in thr opposite direction where they dont congregate, but do thst in the daytime. I ubered in the evening. I wouldn't walk too far off the beaten path. Otherwise it was ok."

"We were in town for an event at the Arts Center. The Starling was a perfect location - an easy walk to the venue with plenty of restaurants for pre and post show dining and drinks. Be aware, the hotel bar turns into a dance club on Saturday nights. For some travelers that's a pro, for others it might be a con. "

"I very nice property. If you need to get an urgent passport this is definitely the place to stay. It is adjacent to the Georgia Passport Agency. They park your car ( valet and overnight parking was 55.00. ) You can get a late checkout ( 1 pm) which is perfect - they will store your luggage until you pick up your passport (.
