"It’s more like a service appointment style place. The room it’s nice but it was a bit noisy and the breakfast was soso... not too many selections. The service and staffs are very nice. I will recommend this for a business trip."

"Dust on the headboard and minibar shelf. Be noted late check out costs $300/hr. Free coffee anytime in the business lounge. Staff were friendly and professional. But doorman could be better trained in taking your luggage before sending you to the distant carpark."

"The hotel is really far away from the City Center. However, the rooms were comfortable and clean. I think the hotel should put more interest in the breakfast as it was a low-point in my trip. Breakfast should provide fresh options of fruit and juice instead of what they currently offer. "

"We like the service and room and children play area, but we didnt like the toilet in our bathroom. It didn't completely flush and left urine and fecal matter behind. We had to flush so many times to get the toilet water to look "clean." The towels and bedsheets also seem kind of old, but everything else was good, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast."
