The weight room was nice and had everything I needed to get my workouts in. Also, one of the nicest seating areas for breakfast and evening wine and cheese tasting. Will definitely book again. 10 out of 10 in my book. "

"Very nice hotel.. very close to a field that we were in town for a tournament for. My only complaint is that the staff did not see to like all the kids staying there. Just not super kid friendly."

"Our stay was great. Our only issue was that housekeeping services didn't start till 9am which meant that we didn't have access to towels and kitchen accessories, etc.till 9:00 am which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!"

"Room located on traffic side of the building overlooking a metal scrap yard. How would you feel about that? The front desk staff we interacted with on several occasions, did not offer a gracious welcome or for that matter any smiles. I was asked at check-in if I booked room thru Expedia - not sure what that had to do with anything - but I wondered if that had anything to do with the location of our room and their attitudes? I have never been asked that question before. The housekeeping...

"We've been staying a Smokey Falls for 4 years twice a year for a week each time to ride our motorcycles in that area. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable. Lots of stuff going on. Having the restaurant on site is very convenient. They have free laundry machines to use. Plenty of parking for trucks & trailers. Covered motorcycle stable. Always enjoyed our stay."

"First time we’ve stayed at this Hilton in downtown Asheville. Usually we stay at the Marriott. We were here only one night. The room was lovely and clean. It looked like it only recently been refreshed. The staff was very nice. We will definitely stay here again. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by this property. It was extremely clean, the staff was personable, (even though we arrived at the property late at night), the rooms were large and quiet, beds comfortable, breakfast was truly delicious and well done. We used the airport shuttle and were pleased with the service there as well. The only minor complaint is that the trashcan in the breakfast area filled up quickly and needed attention but no staff was around to change the bag."
