「Good food, front of house bedroom was fairly quiet with no banging internal doors from other guests but noisy bin men @6am!!」

「This price is not worth it. We booked one night, when we arrived at the hotel, there keycard system something wrong, we got the room without keycard for few hours, really inconvenient. We went to swimming pool, though the door without keycard, so we can’t entre, we back to reception again, after that we were waiting for the leisure reception staff a long time, really angry about it.」

That aside, everything else was world class including always polite reception & room cleaning staff. 」
