「I would have given 5 stars but we were there 3 days and not once was our room cleaned or towels exchanged. To be fair I did ask how often room service was offered or if it was but I am used to every other day at a minimum. But other than that the building was very clean the space was modern and updated. They had a lot of things most hotels don't, like pots and pans, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. In general, it was probably a better place for us to be than a more expensive hotel would have been just for all these extras.
