「外面泳池有設置燒柴火給泳客取暖，但是一晚兩萬塊的房間裡面都是燒柴味道很糟糕，灰塵很多設施老舊」

「Booked two rooms through expedia but The Westin only had one room booked. The staff were so attentive and made this issue seemless and finxed it right away. Couldn't have asked for better service」
