「Convenient location to Family & Events 」

「The hotel was somewhat centrally located to places we wanted to go. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to be able to use a bathtub. The staff kept my husband well supplied with coffee. The only drawback was ants coming in thru the A/C unit.」

「Great location and clean rooms! Hotel is easily accessible from interstate. The staff was wonderful! Pleasant and professional. The room was very spacious. Decor was pleasing. Bathroom was spacious, good shower, and other than the vanity light could have been a bit brighter, a very clean bathroom. Will definitely stay here again!」

「We were traveling after my husband had been in the hospital. Comfort and ease of the shower were important. The desk clerk made sure we had a little more space to maneuver around and we liked the fact that all rooms have walk in showers!! Made our night! Thank you」

「The female staff and younger male staff were very pleasant and accommodating at this location. The older man not so much. He even blocked my number from calls received at the front desk when I was asking for a new hair dryer to be brought to the room! He needs to learn about proper customer service!」

「The state was very good very friendly staff only complaint I would have is the toilet being so low down to the floor This need to be upgraded to something higher. I could imagine the elderly people having an issues sitting on the toilet. 」

「The host was okay but he came running down to the room as he gave us the wrong room. The walls were cut 2 ft off the top and off the bottom separating the wash basin from the beds. The bedding was stained and the spread didn't look clean at all. The temp control did not work right it was either freezing or nothing. The television remote didn't work right either and when it finally came on you could only receive 3 channels. The good thing was we didn't have neighbors.」
