「Cleaned and staffs are very nice 😄」

「The facilities management of this hotel need to be changed. Last time I have a blocked drainage at shower place, and my daughter have to stand with the firty water untiil I cleaned the drainage myself and it is full of hair of previous guests. This time, the hotel gave me a room with broken shower pipe, water spill all over the place like you are playing a water gun in swimming pool. I used to check-in late in the night, and I don't want to wait another hour for someone to fix it, or a change...

「The location is good and quite near to the Zurich HB. The staff is friendly and the room is quite big, however the shower room has water leaking problem after taking the shower.」

「This hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are supermarkets, restaurants and shops nearby. Almost all the major attractions can be arrived by walking or by bus. The staffs are very friendly, they answered my questions or provided the help to me when I needed.」

「Walking distance to the airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and big. However, no slippers provided in room and need to collect from reception ourselves. The design of The Circle is a bit strange. You have to go through 3 different levels by lift before you can reach the lobby. Quite inconvenient if you have a lot of luggages. 」

「Talk about 5-8 mins walk from station, but not really quiet at night, many ppl shouting outside. Also, I don’t understand why Swiss breakfast cost expensive but only provide ham, bread and coffee…….no heat food can eat in winter, a little bit disappointed!」
